What Happens Next?
We will review all the application for each role and undertake
a ‘paper sift’
of each one
We will then arrange to have a short telephone interview with
applicants who,
on paper, meet the criteria we are looking for
in each role
Successful applicants will then be invited to an initial face
to face interview.
For
the roles based across the UK, these interviews
will take place within the local Region
After the first face to face interview, if there is mutual interest
in taking the application
further, the candidate will have an
interview with their potential Line Manager. Again, for the
roles
across the UK, these interviews will take place locally. After
this interview, our aim is to make
the recruitment decision.
