Gaming machines provider The Global Draw, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation [Nasdaq: SGMS], has released a new and improved version of its popular bingo themed game for betting shop customers. Developed in house and now uploaded to all customer terminals, Multi Bingo combines B2 and B3 functionality determined by the stakes selected for play. Players must choose six numbers on each of their five bingo cards either manually or via the automatic ‘auto pick’ option, after which the machine randomly draws 35 bingo numbers from its pool of 49. Achieving six matching numbers on any single card or multiple cards earns a prize. The quicker all six numbers are completed on a card, the more the player wins. Staking options are between 20p and £1 across all five cards, while the maximum total payout is capped at £500. Players can view on screen the top six ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ numbers drawn from the last 50 games and the betting odds to help make choices for their cards. Rick Mountney, head of content for The Global Draw, said: “We have a highly skilled in house team designing game content for our terminals and particular expertise in developing innovative numbers based games with wide ranging appeal. “Bingo continues to be a hugely popular game across a variety of platforms and we have worked hard to perfect our gaming machine version in order to maximise player enjoyment.” Founded in 1997, The Global Draw is a leading supplier of dual screen B2/B3 gaming machines to the UK betting shop industry with more than 12,500 gaming terminals operating in around 3,400 venues.
