A Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) is a networked gaming terminal operated under Video Lottery Terminal legislation.  It may be operated directly by government agency or by private operator
under license.

• The result of each game is centrally determined by a random number generator, operated by the Global Draw system

The VLT system is visually and internally similar to the Server Based Networked Gaming system.
The customer, through a touch screen system, chooses from a variety of games played on video terminals. The VLT system also offers “central determination wins” in which the VLTs central
computer system, rather than the machine itself, randomly chooses which players are winners.

Games content include Roulette, card games, multi reel - multi line games, Bingo, Lotto and Poker
or scratch off lottery games.
